In addition, it is easy to rust when it is wet in cloudy and rainy days, and it will also be affected by the surrounding environment. In the polluted atmosphere, there are corrosive and harmful components such as sulfides, nitrides, carbides, etc., which will cause certain corrosiveness. How do we deal with this situation?

1. Surface treatment:

When processing the space frame/grid, the surface treatment must be done well. The same paint, the same corrosive environment, and the use of different grid processing techniques can prolong the service life by three to five times. The dirt and rust layer on the surface of the steel should be removed, especially the black oxide scale formed when rolling the steel, which is the cathode of electrochemical corrosion and the root cause of the corrosion of the grid, which should be removed.

2. Material selection:

Special steel structure anti-corrosion paint is applied to the surface of the materials used in the processing of space frame/grid, which is still the main means of anti-corrosion of space frame/grid. Space frame/grid anti-corrosion paint can be divided into primer, The middle layer paint and the top paint, each layer of paint has its own characteristics and is responsible for each, and several layers are combined to form a composite coating, which can improve the anti-corrosion performance and prolong the service life.

3. Coating thickness of space frame/grid processing:

Coating is an intermediate material for anti-corrosion, and it needs to be painted to form a space frame/grid coating. If the coating thickness is uneven, burrs on the surface of the space frame/grid steel or peaks of anchor spinning will expose the coating. If the coating is applied for a few times, the coating has pinholes, and oxygen, chloride ions, water molecules, etc. in the water will pass through these weak places, causing the steel to rust and corrode. The volume of the corrosion product expands, forming a rust bag, which gradually expands, and finally the coating foams and falls off.
