Materials should have quality certificates and acceptance reports, steel balls must be marked with job numbers, all weldments should be coded with welder IDs, and the quality of all products should comply with "steel space frame Bolt Ball Joints" JG/T 10-2009.
Rust removal: shot blasting (or sand blasting) is required to remove rust, and the rust removal quality grade reaches Sa2.5 in "Steel Surface Rust Grade and Rust Removal Grade before Coating" GB8923-88;
Paint: Primer: Epoxy zinc-rich primer 80μm; the thickness of each coat is not less than 40μm;
Intermediate paint: epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint 90μm; the thickness of each coat is not less than 45μm
Topcoat: Polyurethane topcoat 50μm, the total thickness of the paint film is not less than 220μm, topcoat color: determined by the architect;
Fire protection: The fireproof coating applied to the steel mesh frame must meet the requirements of the fire resistance limit time of 1.5h. Types of fire retardant coatings and brushing, fire retardant coatings are applied on top of the intermediate paint, and the primer and intermediate paint require detailed anti-corrosion coating.
