This project is a semi-circular industrial space frame / height is 51 meters / total length 688 meters / total span 46 meters
The computer program automatically forms the self-weight of the steel space frame;
The load must act on the nodes, and the members do not bear lateral loads;
The frame structure should be strictly in accordance with the industry standard "space frame joints bolt ball joint" JG/T10-2009
The steel space frame is calculated and designed by MST2020 software.
In addition to meeting the requirements of the national material code, the steel used in this project should also meet the following requirements:
a) The ratio of the measured value of the yield strength of the steel to the measured value of the tensile strength should not be greater than 0.85;
b) The steel should have obvious yield steps, and the elongation should be greater than 20%;
c) The steel should have good weldability and qualified impact toughness;
The steel space frame design adopts 3D3S (version 14.0) software design of the pipe structure computer-aided design and manufacturing system to carry out the internal force analysis of the members and the automatic design of the full stress on the microcomputer, and the self-weight load of the grid frame is automatically superimposed in the internal force analysis.
The calculated length of the rod is L0=L, and the slenderness ratio of the key rod is tie rod ≤ 200 and compression rod ≤ 150. The slenderness ratio of other rods is tie rod ≤ 250, pressure rod ≤ 180.
