This set of drawings does not indicate that the unit of length is: mm, the unit of elevation is: m, and the unit of the reaction force of the support and the internal force of the rod is: kN. The internal force of the rod is positive and the pressure is negative.
1. The space frame structure should be strictly in accordance with the industry standard "space frame joints bolt ball joint" JG/T10-2009
2. The steel material must meet the design requirements, according to the current national standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structure Engineering" (GB50205-2020)
3. The parts used for the steel space frame are all made in the factory, and are tested by the factory according to the mechanical properties and chemical analysis, and can be used only when they meet the standards.
4. The surface of the steel space frame needs to be shot blasted and rust removed, with a grade of Sa2.5.
5. Quality requirements for bolted ball steel space frame and components
Rod: The blanking length and welding error of the steel pipe rod are within ±1mm
Bolt ball: There should be no cracks on the surface, the error of the distance from the center of the ball to the surface of the screw hole is within ±10.2mm, and the angle deviation of the screw hole is ±30'. It should be welded according to the regulations of GBJ97-81: the welding of components must be of equal strength, the welding quality should be strictly controlled, and the ball should be heated to 50° before welding with 5016 or 5015 electrodes.
Weld quality grade: the connection weld between the support plate and the bolt ball and the embedded part plate is full welding, the quality grade is grade 2, and the others are grade 3. The quality of the butt welds for splicing of all components not shown in the construction drawings shall reach the second grade.
