Production of bearings
A. The processing of the support is carried out according to the following process: the rib and bottom plate of the support are blanked → the bottom plate of the support is drilled hole → assembly and welding of support rib and bottom plate, rib plate and rib plate, rib plate and ball → anti-corrosion pretreatment (rust removal) → anticorrosion treatment (painting).
B. The rib and bottom plate of the support are cut by gas cutting.
C. The support plate is processed by a radial drilling machine.
D. The welding of rib and bottom plate, rib and rib adopts CO2 gas shielded welding or manual arc welding
The welding material is welding wire: HO8Mn2SiA, electrode E4303. The rib plate and the bolt ball are welded by manual arc welding, using E5016 electrode for welding, preheating before welding, and then layer welding.
The welding seam is required to be insulated and cooled slowly.
E. Carry out pre-corrosion treatment and anti-corrosion treatment according to design requirements.

Support and support are all made and processed on the basis of ball processing. The main process is:

Welding between steel plates: all are fillet welds, which should reach the welding quality of level 3 or above, and the height of the welds must be meet the design requirements; The flatness of the base support plate should not be greater than 3mm;
When the parts of the grid frame are processed to the conditions for trial assembly, they should be trial assembled in the factory.
The rack should be inspected and accepted by the quality management department and the owner’s representative before it can be removed, packaged, and tested.
Before the installation and inspection are qualified, the parts of the grid frame shall not be shipped out.
