Processing and production of steel space frame bolt balls:

1. For the processing of the bolt ball process hole, the depth must be greater than the sum of the bolt ball radius and the maximum bolt ball hole radius of the ball, otherwise, vibration will easily occur due to unilateral cutting of the drill bit during processing.
No matter what method and means are used, after the first bolt ball process hole is processed, it must be inspected by a quality inspector.

2. Processing of other holes of bolt balls: The balls of various specifications are processed under the guidance of technicians, and the accuracy of the fixture is checked, and the accuracy error cannot exceed the requirements of the ball tolerance. Exceeds must be adjusted; find out the cause of the error.

3. During the processing of the bolt ball, the quality inspector shall conduct random inspection every day, make a sampling inspection record, and mark the inspector’s steel stamp number on the end surface of the positioning ball. In particular, each bolt hole must be screwed into 1.2d by hand. Otherwise, it will cause trouble to the installer due to the chips remaining in the hole.

4. The quality inspector must memorize the required items and allowable deviation items of the specification, and also make the inspection of the guaranteed items. A. The finished ball must be tested for the tensile strength of the largest screw hole. The load when the thread of the screw hole is sheared is the ultimate bearing value of the bolt. During the inspection, the bolt is screwed into the depth ld. The most unfavorable force is taken in each project. The 600 balls of the same specification are only one batch, and more than 600 balls are still counted as one batch, and 3 balls are selected one by one as a group of random sampling.
