Steel Space Frame Industry 90m Span Coal Yard Project
Space Frame Architecture Installation：
This project is an arched space frame / height is 49 meters / total length 633 meters / total span 76.3 meters.
The project adopts the steel space frame, the supporting form is the bottom chord support, the bolt ball joint, and the double-layer positive quadrangular pyramid plane grid. The grid frame is supported on the concrete columns on both sides, and the supports are hinged with the column heads of the concrete columns. The welding electrodes and wires used for welding should meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards. The welding between Q235B steels adopts E43 series electrodes, and the welding between Q345B steels adopts E50 series electrodes.
The steel space frame is calculated and designed by MST2020 software.
In addition to meeting the requirements of the national material code, the steel used in this project should also meet the following requirements:
a) The ratio of the measured value of the yield strength of the steel to the measured value of the tensile strength should not be greater than 0.85;
b) The steel should have obvious yield steps, and the elongation should be greater than 20%;
c) The steel should have good weldability and qualified impact toughness;
The steel space frame design adopts 3D3S (version 14.0) software design of the pipe structure computer-aided design and manufacturing system to carry out the internal force analysis of the members and the automatic design of the full stress on the microcomputer, and the self-weight load of the steel space frame is automatically superimposed in the internal force analysis.
The calculated length of the rod is L0=L, and the slenderness ratio of the key rod is tie rod ≤ 200 and compression rod ≤ 150. The slenderness ratio of other rods is tie rod ≤ 250, pressure rod ≤ 180.
